Pavel and Yulia Klimenko

Pavel and Yulia Klimenko are among the most impressive and called-for instructors of LA style in Ukraine.

Pavel started to learn salsa in 2006 and from the very first moment he hooked on this inflammatory and passionate dance. Soon he became the part of show group and took part in different salsa LA contests bothe in Ukraine and abroad. He is triple salsa champion of Ukraine. In September 2009 Pavel founded salsa school Salsa de la Fresa. 

Yulia has studied ballroom dance for 7 years (since her 8 till 15). Then she starts to learn a lot of modern dance (hip-hop, modern, technoб contemporary dance). Her intimate knowledge of salsa begins from cuban style in 2003. In 2007 Yulia comes to school of linear salsa (LA and NY style). From that moment her career in salsa starts. During following years she visited a lot of international salsa festivals, learnt salsa from the best instructors of the world. Since 2010 Yulia has been working in Salsa de la Fresa.

Pavel and Yulia is a part of “Ukrainian Mambo Project” under leadership of Mark-Anthony Sheppard. UMP regularly gives shows on the largest salsa congresses in Europe. Moreover Pavel and Yulia gave a lot of workshops and shows on the first-rate salsa festivals in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Latvia. 

Salsa studio “Salsa de la Fresa” is known for high-quality training technique, impressive parties and spectacular shows. “Salsa de la Fresa” team organized lot of original salsa projects, such as “Salsa Stars Battle”, “Miss Salsa” and “Salsa Fresh Festival”.

Pavel and Yulia do not stop their development and continue to surprise salsa community with new interest ideas.
